I completed the course, but the course shows it as incomplete and I don't have a badge. Why?

A few things could have gone wrong:

  1. There may be an issue with the browser you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer with Compatibility Mode on and a warning appears at the top of MiX Learning Centre pages your course progress will not be recorded. Please use Firefox or Chrome instead. 
  2. There may have been a temporary break in your internet connection. Try to refresh your browser after clearing its cache

It will not be necessary to complete the entire course again. Simply choose the option to resume the course where you left off and repeat few scenes of the course.
