There are a number other of possibilities that could assist if the above doesn't resolve the issue:
- That you did not select "Exit Activity" (top right of the screen when viewing course material) but rather just closed the popup window, this can result in the system believing that you are still attempting the quiz. In this instance redo the quiz and select "Exit Activity" before closing the the topic popup window.
- If you have exited correctly as described above in point 1. then you can attempt to use the combination of ctrl+F5 to force your browser to refresh the page using data from the server rather than from your machines cache.
- If this does not work you can also use an alternative browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
- Finally you may have to wait a while as it could be a network issue and will require that you make an attempt later. If your network is very slow it is possible that the notification to the server times out meaning you have to redo the topic.
