I can't resume my course because it's not loading properly.

It sounds like you're having Flash problems.

Google introduced a security feature in Chrome 56 that blocks Flash content unless you give it permission to play.

As a result, many of our users will experience issues attempting to resume some of our older courses. We're going to update all of them, but this is a painfully slow process.

There are a couple ways you can handle this in future with other courses:

  • Let us know which course is giving you problems and we'll be able to prioritise it on our list of fixes. Click on the question mark in the bottom right-hand corner.
  • View the course in a different browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer.
