  1. Use Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn to Login

Instead of maneuvering though a series of profile fields to complete, remember passwords and confirm e-mail addresses would it not be easier to use a social media platform to login?

  4. After accessing any of the knowledge base question links, a 'back button'or tab should be available for the applicant/user.

I accessed one of the knowledge base question links to read up on the answer to the question, and I had to use my web browsers 'back arrow'on the top left hand side of my screen in order to return to the previous web page.

  5. Enable an edit option for knowledge base content

I picked up a few minor spelling errors after accessing one of the MLC Badges question links to read up on the answers...it would have been convenient if the portal allowed the knowledge base content to be edited up until a point in time whereby the portal has been upgraded to pick up on spelling errors automatically when new data is imputed.
